Access to rosflight_utils nodes

I'm trying to access the rosflight_utils nodes, specifically the gps node. It doesn't seem to be available from the debian. I get the following error when I attempt to launch the node.

rosrun rosflight_utils gps
[rosrun] Couldn't find executable named gps below /opt/ros/kinetic/share/rosflight_utils

Are these nodes only available from a source build?
